We are located at 3838 N. Central Avenue in Phoenix Arizona. Our office is in the City Square business complex located at the southwest corner of W. Clarendon and Central Ave. - just south of the intersection of Indian School Rd. and Central Ave.
Parking for ROC visitors is available at the property’s north gated lot. The lot entrance is located on 1st Ave. - just north of W. Clarendon. As you enter the parking lot you will be issued a ticket which can later be validated by the ROC upon completion of your visit. Validation can only be made for the first 45 minutes. You will be responsible for any remaining time (parking fees) beyond the first 45 minutes.
Alternatively, a one-hour lot is located at the northwest corner of W. Weldon and Central Ave. This lot will allow parking for up to 1 hour at no charge. Your vehicle must be removed once the hour is up; otherwise you risk being cited by the parking management company. If you expect your visit to be less than an hour, please consider this lot as an alternative to the gated lot. Handicap parking is available at the 1 hour lot.
