A Note About Pop-up Windows
The ROC utilizes pop-up windows as a tool to make navigation of our website more user friendly. Videos, images or PDFs may be displayed in a pop-up window.
Some pop-up blockers will prevent user generated pop-up windows from opening. It is suggested that you configure your pop-up blocker to allow pop-ups while visiting the ROC website.
