ROC Website Service Interruptions

The ROC will be updating their system from March 10 to March 14. The following online services will be affected from 11:30 PM Tuesday, March 9 through 8:00 AM Monday March 15.

Online license renewal will not be available. If you wish to renew online, please check back on March 15. You will need your UserID and PIN /Password to renew online. This information is on your Contractor's License Renewal Application.

Online Contractor and Case Status lookup information displayed will be based on data gathered prior to 12:00 PM Wednesday March 10. No new data will be available until after 8:00 AM Monday March 15. Accuracy is not guaranteed during this time. If you need to information on the current status of a contractor, please check back on March 15 for updated information.

The Arizona Registrar of Contractors has adopted rules for the posting and publication of names of license applicants and personnel of applicants along with additional license record keeping information.

The posting list is based upon the records at the time of preparation for publication. This information should be confirmed by checking with the Registrar of Contractor's Office at (602) 542-1525, or toll free within Arizona at (888) 271-9286, prior to taking any action based upon it.

The Licensing Department categories on the posting list include New Pending Applications.

The license applications on these lists have been publicly posted at the office of the Registrar of Contractors for the period shown on the posting list.

These license applications will be eligible for issuance after the mandatory posting period and upon successful completion of any required examination(s) if applicable.

If prior to the issuance of a pending license, information brought to the attention of the registrar concerning the qualifications of the applicant is such that in the registrar's discretion it might be proper to deny the license, the registrar may notify the applicant that the application is denied and that the applicant may request a hearing.

The weekly posting list is available for public viewing in the Licensing Department at the Registrar of Contractors Phoenix Office in printed format , as a subscription, or as a free download in the Adobe Acrobat file shown below.

To obtain a subscription for a printed copy to be mailed to you, send a written request for a subscription to any office of the Registrar of Contractors along with $2.00 for each month you wish to subscribe.
